Spain has a new logo for promotion of their
olive oil. Launched a few days ago, the banner is intended to improve product
positioning, and reinforce the image of Spain as the world leader in this
sector.
The design is above the words “Olive Oils from
Spain”, with an image that capture
tradition and modernity, and intend to convey a series of positive values about
Spain’s olive oils.
It transmits leadership with a simple yet
powerful image, combining the traditional and the modern. The yellow, a literal
representation of the product, is
intended as a reminder of the Spanish sun. The round outline of the "O"
suggest solidity and soundness, and is due to the first letter in olive and
oil. White, black and yellow form a sober composition, yet harmonious and
elegant.
